I embarked on a holistic and very intentionally deep soul-navigating journey over fifteen years ago to free myself from the pain of my bereavement following the death of my three-month-old son. I never could’ve guessed my mission to be a guide in helping others build a deeper, more expansive soul awareness and innerstanding so they can walk boldly in their uniquely divine gifts and the true essence of their sovereignty would spark from his beautiful life.
In essence, I believe pleasure is a foundational component in this beautiful life we have chosen to live. When we can find absolute pleasure inside ourselves through love, laughter, dance, intimacy, nature, food, our community, in how we play, and what we do – we, innately, reject and desire to access less of those things that no longer serve us from inside and outside ourselves. In return, we cultivate more beauty, harmony, and peace in the world around us. However, to get there requires a deep and rooted knowing of who we are, and the only way to find out is to go deep within.
